Mr. Casteel will be discussing the activities of the APIB and will make a presentation/discussion on operating in/to the letter of the law and in the spirit of the law.  While he cannot divulge confidential actions of the APIB, nor give opinions on interpretations of the law, he will shed light on possible violations to avoid.  Members are encouraged to participate by discussing issues that they have encountered.
